Arduino uno based oscilloscope

I have written two slightly different versions for the Arduino data capture. One utilizes software triggering for when an accurate change in voltage is require before the oscilloscope triggers. The secon uses hardware edge triggering based on an interrupt on Arduino pin 2. The hardware version runs a little . A very basic and easy to make arduino PC oscilloscope.

I am a Physicist and the nicest part of working in this field is that I get to build my own instruments. With this way of thinking, I decided to build a homebrew Arduino Oscilloscope.
