Raspberry pi bluetooth python

I am a new bee to raspberry pi. I have wrote a code to arduino to send temperature data to pi over bluetooth , and python code to receive the data. The python code throws error could not import bluetooth. GitHub is where people build software.


As a first stage I want to send to Pi some data via Bluetooth serial interface and read it with Python. How to turn on Bluetooth Discoveribility in python ?
